  • Free standard shipping on all e-bike orders within the continental U.S.

  • Accessories and parts under $100 may include a small shipping fee.


Q6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select countries. 🌍

  • International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.


3. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy:

  • Products must be unused and in like-new condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tools, and accessories.

  • Free return shipping for eligible returns within the U.S.

  3. We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Q10. Do BYCRIDE e-bikes come with a warranty?

Yes ✅

  • All BYCRIDE e-bikes include a manufacturer warranty that covers the motor, battery, frame, and electronics.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Q11. How far can BYCRIDE e-bikes go on a single charge?

  • Depending on the model, range varies between 50–100 miles per charge.

  • Factors like terrain, rider weight, assist level, and weather affect range.


Q12. Are BYCRIDE e-bikes waterproof?

  • BYCRIDE e-bikes are water-resistant, not fully waterproof.

  • Light rain is fine, but avoid submerging your e-bike or riding through deep water.


Q13. Do I need to assemble my e-bike?

  • Most BYCRIDE e-bikes arrive 85–90% pre-assembled.

  • Basic tools are included, and setup takes 15–30 minutes.
